Classes
include a short warm up, learning of techniques and sequences,
kicks and acrobatic movements- followed by a roda at the
end of the class, a circle in which everybody has a chance
to practice what they learned in the class, as well as learning
to play on the Capoeira instruments and sing native Brazilian
songs.
Please
bring clothing that you can move around in- preferably white,
and be prepared to train hard and have fun!
